How the AEO and GEO scores work
One scan measures 22 factors. Each factor has its own AEO weight and GEO weight, so the same page gets two different, honest scores.
The formula
Score = weighted points earned ÷ weighted points available × 100, computed separately with AEO weights (total 95) and GEO weights (total 106). Bands: 85+ excellent, 70 to 84 good, 50 to 69 fair, below 50 weak.

What the scores do not claim
- They do not reveal rankings inside ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity; no tool can.
- They are not Google ranking factors.
- They score the URL you submit; scan each important page separately.
Scoring questions
How are the AEO and GEO scores calculated?
Each of the 22 factors earns 0 to 100% and has an AEO weight and a GEO weight. Each score is the weighted points earned divided by the weighted points available. Factors that cannot be measured are left out rather than counted as zero.
Which parts use AI?
Two factors, "Answers the common questions" and "AI can identify who you are", plus the "How AI sees your page" panel. Everything else is measured directly from your page, robots.txt and llms.txt.
